Fold-Fix (Falt-Fix) Plasterboard Jointing

V-Cut Limited now brings modern methods of construction to drywall and, along with its own product development programme, it collaborates with Vogl in Germany. As part of this collaboration, we are delighted to bring to the UK market our partner’s Falt-Fix (Fold Fix) method of creating bead-less plasterboard joints and profiles. Whilst VCut plasterboards already offer faster, better and cheaper methods of dry lining, we can now enhance this with a tape that enables you to realize corners or details for walls and suspended ceilings even faster. Just fold and fix. There is no simpler or quicker way to create a corner/detail.

Falt-fix double sided adhesive tape is factory applied to one side of a vee groove enabling the board to be supplied flat packed to reduce transport costs. Prior to lifting, the tape cover is removed, the two sides are folded together and lightly pressed to form a strong profile ready for fixing. This solution produces a clean and perfect edge that does not require a complex substructure or corner bead, or messy taping and jointing, resulting in substantial time and cost savings.

V-Cut can now offer Falt-Fix as standard to its vee grooving facility. So, if you want the edge when it comes to dry lining or to be seen as different and to be heard, you cannot do better than to offer V-Cut Falt-Fix solutions.
