Credit or Debit Card Payments – payments made by this method are handled securely using approved procedures as follows:-

  1. when you submit your credit card details our online shop software system splits the long card number into two parts
  2. the first 8 digits of the number and the card expiry date are encrypted and securely stored in our server database
  3. the second 8 digits and the 3 digit card verification code are sent to us separately by secure email
  4. the payment will then be manually processed using our credit card terminal
  5. when your order is processed the credit card information held in our server database is deleted once we know your goods have arrived and been accepted – the email containing the remaining information is also deleted from our email server after delivery to our inbox.
