As a valued customer we do hope you are happy with your purchase. We however understand that circumstances can change and if you change your mind and wish to return products bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange goods you have purchased directly from us. Please note this return policy is in relations to all products bought directly from V-Cut Ltd, either by phone, online at, or at our V-Cut stores.

Return of products which are not required

Any unused standard product can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team by calling 020 3092 1377 for advice. Please have your purchase order number to hand. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.

Please note:

  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on Bespoke / Made to Measure Goods or Special Order Goods
  • If the product you purchased is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate

As a consumer, you may have additional legal rights and this policy does not affect these rights.

Cancellation Rights:

You can cancel any orders (excluding bespoke or made to measure products) and receive a full refund by contacting our customer service team.

If the order is cancelled before the product is dispatched, we will refund the full amount including delivery charges.

If the order is cancelled after the order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. No refund of delivery charges can be made after the order has been dispatched.

Payment Returns

Refund payments will be paid by the method of payment used when placing the order and will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products to us. We are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products which is due to the manner in which you have handled them.

If you are an account customer a credit note will be issued on your account followed by BACS return payment if requested.

How to Return a Product

Please contact our Customer Service Centre at 020 3092 1377 to book your return before returning any products to our warehouse. Please note we can not accept returns which have not been booked in with our warehouse.

Returns via courier

V-Cut can arrange for a product to be collected. Please telephone us on 020 3092 1377 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection of the product by our nominated carrier. Please note there will be a charge payable by you for this service, which will be equal to the standard delivery charge applies to the product and your location.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

Please arrange for the faulty or defective product to be collected by calling us on 020 3092 1377 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to you and either provide a replacement or process with a refund.
