Traditionally, angled profiles were formed through a lengthy process that involved cutting boards on-site, fixing them to a framework then trimming with beads followed by jointing. Instead, we can make dry lining a fast and easy process by making v-cut profiles offsite. No cutting or corner beads are required, and less jointing and framing is needed. Our v-cut process means you can have complex designs without complicated installation.

You can use standard 90° L-shaped drywall profiles for many applications. It is simple and quick to produce, and we can position the cuts anywhere according to your needs.
You can use these profiles with 90° angles for solutions such as end caps for walls and pipe enclosures. We can position the cuts to any size you need depending on the project and design.
With sides built at 90° to each other, Z-shaped profiles offer a wide range of uses including ceiling bulkheads or wall features.
With technical knowledge, glueing and other processes, we can make a range of profiles with plasterboard. From stepped profiles to intricate designs, the possibilities are endless.
High quality finishes with perfectly straight corners. No corner beads required.
All our profiles come flat packed or pre-glued ready for installation. Our flat-packed prefabricated dry lining profiles can also come with v-cut fold/fix tape for precise and quick installation. No corner beads required: just peel back and fold for high-quality finishes with perfectly square corners. Flat-packed delivery and reduced wastage will save on overall costs as well.
As another option, we can supply you with our hot melt glue guns so you can create the profiles on-site whilst enjoying cheaper transport costs from flat packed profiles.
Alternatively, factory pre-glued plasterboard profiles can be delivered to you ready for immediate installation. Glued profiles are strong and require less support framework.
